In our latest taproom-only beer, we combine toasty English malts with New Zealand Rakau hops to create a beer that’s partly fruity and partly spicy—and totally satisfying.
Those who imbibe our new Hil Yis! New Zealand Hoppy Golden Ale will wallow in aromas of bright apricot, white peach, just a waft of pine needles, spice drops, hay, and a smidgeon of lady fingers (otherwise known as sponge cookies or biscuits. Yum!).
The flavor is just as sensational; an array of hop flavors roll over your palate, finishing dryly with mouth-filling tannins and mango. You’re then led into a creamy, nitro-y nirvana that begs the question, ‘Care for anutha?’
