COCKTAIL RECIPES
HELL'S KITCHEN HATTER
2 oz – Bent Anchor Poitin
.75 oz – Simple Syrup
2 dashes – Angostura Bitters
2 dashes – Peychaud Bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously and
Strain into an old-Fashioned glass with large cube or

PATTY'S MULE
1.5 oz – Bent Anchor Poitin
.5 oz – Fresh Lime Juice
5 Sprigs - Mint
Ginger Beer
In a shaker add all ingredients but the ginger beer. Shake
Vigorously and strain into mule or collins glass with
Fresh ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime.
IRISH JULIP
1.5 oz – Bent Anchor Poitin
.75 oz – Hibiscus/Lavender Syrup
.5 oz – Fresh Lemon Juice
3 Sprigs – Fresh Mint
Club Soda
In a shaker add all ingredients. Shake vigorously and
Strain into collins glass with fresh ice. Top with club
Soda. Garnish with hibiscus flower or mint sprig.
SUNDAY BLOODY SUNDAY
1 oz – Tropical Spirit Whiskey
½ oz – Dark Rum
½ oz – Fresh Lime Juice
2 oz – Fresh Orange Juice
¼ oz – Orgeat Syrup
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Lime Wedge
Instructions: Build in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a fresh glass with ice, enjoy!
POITIN - IRISH MULE
2 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
2 Dash Orange Bitters
Glass: Martini or Low Ball
Garnish: Lemon Disc
Instructions: Combine ingredients in stirring vessel until softened.
Pour over large pieces of ice.
Express oils from lemon atop cocktail then insert.
POITIN - NEGRONI
1 oz Bent Anchor Poitín
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Glass: Tumbler
Garnish: ¼ Orange Slice
Instructions: Add Bent Anchor Poitín, sweet vermouth, and campari to tumbler with one large ice cube. Stir to soften and dash with orange bitters. Add orange slice, sip, and enjoy!
LEMON DROP
2 oz Bent Anchor Poitín
2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Glass: Martini
Garnish: Lemon Wheel
Instructions: Chill martini glass, rim with lemon juice and sugar.
Fill shaker with ice, add ingredients, and shake until freezing.
Strain into rimmed martini glass and drop in lemon wheel.
BENT GINGER
2 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
4 oz. Ginger Beer
2 Lemon Wedges squeezed over ice
2 Dashes Bittercube Jamaican #1 Bitters
Glass: Collins or Pint or Mason Jar
Garnish: Lemon Wedge
Instructions: Build in glass over ice. Stir. Drink. Repeat.
NO ANCHORS
2 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
¾ oz. Lemon Juice
¾ oz. Simple Syrup
Bitters: Whatever you have lying around
Glass: Coupe
Garnish: A Smile.
Instructions: Build cocktail in tin, add ice and shake.
Double strain into cocktail glass.
Drink.
Repeat.
OLD IRISH FASHIONED
2 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
¼ oz. Raw Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes Bittercube Trinity Bitters
Glass: Rocks
Garnish: Lemon Peel
Instructions: Combine ingredients in stirring vessel until softened.
Pour over large pieces of ice.
Express oils from lemon atop cocktail then insert.
LONESOME WEST
1½ oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
⅓ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Raw Sugar Syrup
3 oz. Bent Brewstillery Nordic Blonde Ale
Glass: Collins
Garnish: 2 Orange Peels
Instructions: Build cocktail in tin minus beer, add ice and short shake.
Add Beer to tin.
Double strain into cocktail glass.
Insert peels into glass.
FLYING IRISHMAN
1½ oz Fig Infused Bent Anchor Poitín*
½ oz. Creme de Cacao Clear
½ oz. Cocchi Americano
½ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 Dropper Bittercube Orange Bitters
1 Dropper Creme de Violette
Glass: Nick & Nora & Sidecar
Garnish: Lemon Disc plus dropper of Creme de Violette sunk down the sides of the glass
Instructions: Build Cocktail in shaker tin minus violette
Shake
Double Strain
Express lemon disc and place atop the cocktail
Sink violet to the bottom of the glass. Serve.
IRISH MULE
1 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
5 oz. Ginger Beer
Glass: Copper Mug
Garnish: Lime Wedges and Slapped Mint Leaves
Instructions: Fill glass with ice, add Bent Anchor Poitín
Squeeze 3 wedges of lime and drop into mug
Slap 4 mint leaves and drop into mug.
Stir to soften and add ginger beer
Stir to mix and enjoy!
IRISH WOLFHOUND
1 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
4 oz. Soda Water
Glass: Collins
Garnish: Wedge of Grapefruit
Instructions: Fill glass with ice, add Bent Anchor Poitín
Add grapefruit juice
Stir to soften and add soda water. Garnish with wedge of grapefruit and enjoy!
POITIN MOJITO
1 1/2 oz. Bent Anchor Poitín
1 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
8 Fresh Mint Leaves
1/4 Fresh Lime (wedges)
6 oz Soda Water
Glass: U.S. Pint
Instructions: Put lime, mint, simple syrup in glass and muddle.
Fill glass with ice
Add Bent Anchor Poitín
Fill with soda water
Stir to mix and sip away!
