DARK N' STORMIER

1-1/2 oz – StormBringer Rum

½ oz – Fresh Lime juice

Ginger Beer


Glass:  Collins
Garnish:  Lime Twist

Instructions:  Add all ingredients in glass with ice. Garnish with lime twist.

BORRACHA PIMIENTA

1-1/2 oz – StormBringer Rum

½ oz – Cherry/Orange Syrup

½ oz – Fresh Lime Juice

Egg White

Habanero Bitters


Glass:  Old-Fashioned
Garnish:  Lime Twist

Instructions:  Build all ingredients except bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a 2nd shaker. Then dry shake and strain into glass with large cube. Top with bitters.

CLASSIC DAIQUIRI

2 oz – StormBringer Rum

1-1/2 oz – Fresh Lime Juice

1-1/2 oz – Simple Syrup


Glass:  Old-Fashioned
Garnish:  Lime Wedge

Instructions:  Build all ingredients in mixing glass. Stir then strain into glass with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

HONEYCRISP DAIQUIRI

1-1/2 oz – StormBringer Rum

1 oz – Raw Honey

½ oz – Brown Sugar & Apple Syrup

½ oz – Fresh Lime Juice

3 drops – Angostura Bitters


Glass:  Old-Fashioned
Garnish:  Lime Wheel

Instructions:  Build all ingredients in shaker. Shake vigorously then strain into glass with large cube or 3 cubes. Garnish with lime wheel or apple wedge.

TYPHOON CIDER

2 oz – StormBringer Rum

Hot Apple Cider

Cinnamon Stick


Glass:  Coffee Mug
Garnish:  Cinnamon Stick

Instructions:  Build all ingredients in a coffee mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Enjoy on a cold night around the fire.

MINNESOTA HURRICANE

1 oz StormBringer Spiced Rum
1 oz White Rum
1 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Pomegrante Juice
½ oz Cranberry Juice
½ oz Grenadine


Glass:  Hurricane
Garnish:  Lime Wedge

Instructions:  Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients except for the StormBringer Spiced Rum to the glass and stir. Float the StormBringer Spiced Rum on top. Squeeze and drop lime wedge into glass, and ready yourself for the storm!

STORM FATHA

1 oz of StormBringer Spiced Rum
6 oz of Dark Fatha


Glass:  Goblet or tulip
Garnish:  A Hand Rail or Grab Bar

Instructions:  Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients. Hold on!

HOT BUTTERED RUM

2 oz StormBringer Spiced Rum
1 tbsp Batter Mix*
5 oz Hot Water


Glass:  Mug
Garnish:  Cinnamon stick

Instructions:  Put batter mix in mug and add hot (not boiling) water; stir until batter is dissolved. Add StormBringer Spiced Rum and stir with cinnamon stick.

COLLIN'S BUTTERED BATTER MIX

3 cups dark brown sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
½ tsp clove


Instructions:  Combine softened butter and all spices together in bowl. Add to dark brown sugar until mixed thoroughly. Makes enough for ~40-45 drinks.
