TROPICAL MOJITO

1-1/2 oz – Tropical Spirit Whiskey

1 oz – Mint Syrup

½ oz – Fresh Lime Juice

Top w/Club Soda

5 sprigs – Fresh Mint


Glass:  Collins
Garnish:  Mint Sprig

Instructions:  Build all except club soda in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprig.

ISLAND JULIP

1-1/2 oz – Tropical Spirit Whiskey

½  oz – Hibiscus/Lavender Syrup

½ oz – Fresh Lemon Juice

5 sprigs – Fresh Mint

Top w/Club Soda


Glass:  Collins
Garnish:  Mint Sprig

Instructions:  Build all except club soda in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Top with club soda and garnish with mint sprig.

MANGO MERINGUE

1-1/2 oz – Tropical Spirit Whiskey

1 oz – Mango/Pineapple Syrup

½ oz – Fresh Lemon Juice

1 - Egg White

3 dashes – Angostura Bitters


Glass:  Collins
Garnish:

Instructions:  Build all except bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice. Top with bitters

YOUR LOSS

1 oz – Tropical Spirit Whiskey

½ oz – Dark Rum

½ oz – Fresh Lime Juice

2 oz – Fresh Orange Juice

¼ oz – Orgeat Syrup


Glass:  Collins
Garnish:  Lime Wedge

Instructions:  Build in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a fresh glass with ice, enjoy!

PRESSED FOR TIME

1 oz – Tropical Spirit Whiskey

½ oz – Fresh Lemon Juice

Lemon/Lime Soda

Club Soda


Glass:  Collins
Garnish:  Lemon Twist

Instructions:  Add all ingredients in glass. Top with ice and garnish with lemon twist.
